In 1979, the idealistic Lucio “Terry” S. Collado, tried his skills in minor delegated construction projects that supplied labor, furnished and reinforced pipes, and supplied sand and gravel. Realizing that he was a cadet in a colossal industry in Region II of the Philippines, he opted to establish himself as one of the best in the district and at the same time, provide efficient products and unsurpassed service this native region’s tax payers deserve. On 1982, Ybanag Cadet Construction (YCC) was officially founded.
